4.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. we939 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your login details.

5.1 To access real money services on we939, you must complete a full registration process including the provision of accurate personal information.
5.2 KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal request, we939 requires you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. 5.5 Document Integrity. You must submit only genuine, unaltered documents. Submission of falsified, altered or fraudulent documentation is a serious criminal offence and will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances and referral to relevant authorities.
5.6 we939 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to suspend withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of verification procedures.
6.1 Deposits. Deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by the platform. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. We reference familiar Pakistani payment rails — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as examples of methods players are accustomed to. 7.2 Wagering Requirements. Before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn, the applicable wagering requirement must be met in full. 8.2 Betting Errors. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we939 reserves the right to void affected bets at its sole discretion, regardless of whether bets have already been settled.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the we939 platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of funds:

11.3 we939 is not responsible for losses arising from: changes in applicable law in your jurisdiction; failure of your internet connection or device; or actions taken by payment providers or banks in relation to your transactions.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits we939's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

14.1 we939 may suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without notice, where: (a) a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed; (b) we suspect fraud, money laundering or criminal activity; (c) a chargeback or payment reversal is made; (d) verification documents cannot be satisfactorily confirmed; or (e) it is determined that the User is located in a Restricted Territory.
14.2 Upon account closure, any verified balance in excess of outstanding bonus wagering requirements will be made available for withdrawal, subject to completion of identity verification and fraud/AML review.
14.3 Users may request account closure at any time by contacting the support team through the platform's official channels.
